- Initial acknowledgment: 1 business day
- Substantive response: 2-3 business days for most issues
- Refund requests: acknowledged within 2 business days; processed by Paddle within 5-10 business days after approval

Complaints
We aim to acknowledge any complaint within 2 business days and resolve it within 10 business days of acknowledgment. If you're not satisfied with our response, EU consumers can use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
