Refund Policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a no-questions-asked 30-day money-back guarantee on all software purchased from Paper Scissors SRL ("Paper, Scissors & Glue"). If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order completion date.
2. Time limit
You have 30 days from the order completion date to request a refund. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that this 30-day window is the period during which you may cancel your order or request a refund under this policy.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@canopyapp.dev with:
- Your order ID (visible in the purchase confirmation email from Paddle)
- The email address used to make the purchase
- (Optional) A short note about why — this helps us improve the product, but is not required for refund approval
We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days.
4. How refunds are processed
Refunds are executed by our merchant of record, Paddle. Once we approve your refund, Paddle processes it within 1-2 business days, and funds typically return to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Eligibility
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to all standard License purchases. Promotional or discounted purchases are also covered unless explicitly stated at the time of sale.
6. License deactivation after refund
Once a refund is approved, your License Key is revoked. The Software will revert to trial mode (or lock paid features, depending on the product) on its next online check, typically within 24 hours. You should uninstall the Software from any machines on which it was activated.
7. Statutory rights
For consumers in the European Economic Area, this 30-day guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights, including (where applicable) the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
For digital downloads, the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal may be waived if you give express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose this right upon download. Our 30-day guarantee operates regardless of whether such consent was given at checkout.
